Stage 1: RMIC Islamic School (COMPLETED)

ROCKY MOUNTAIN SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE

RMIC Launched the first Full-time K-5 Islamic School to serve the Muslim Community in Lakewood and the surrounding area with the help of a team with a variety of educational backgrounds and experiences giving children a well-rounded education interweaving with the Quran through a custom-designed curriculum that adheres to Colorado state education standards.

Playground Needed for RMSE and Our Community

Last year, RMSE students had to cross the lawn behind the masjid just to reach a playground at a closed-down school. Eventually, Jefferson County locked the gate, leaving our students with only a parking lot as their play space.

Stage 2: Daycare in progress

RMIC is currently working on creating a daycare that will provide a safe and joyful environment for surrounding community. Revenue from the daycare will support RMIC's expenses and future growth.

Stage 3: RMIC Gym

RMIC gym will provide an Islamic Compliant environment for both men and women to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Currently there is no such place in the state of Colorado.

Stage 4 RMIC Clinic

RMIC has a vision of creating an Islamic compliant clinic and providing high quality service for the surrounding community.

Stage 5 Dawa Library

RMIC with be creating a library that is open to the public and will provide needed literature to spread the light of the knowledge of Islam.
